Spearheading IngDan’s International rollout, a subsidiary of the US$2 billion Cogobuy Group, IngDan is a leading consultancy firm for hardware manufacturing and distribution in China, my role is to develop and implement new strategies to expand and adapt the brand into Western Markets.
As an in house strategic consultant I have developed the brand platform for Western markets with consistency of message and image across all touch points. Identified core product offerings and company competencies, rationalising these into 4 distinct focus areas, IngDan Link, IngDan Direct, IngDan China Access and IngDan Discover. Culturally adapted key messaging to clearly communicate the company offerings to Western markets. Acted as a public face of the company at large western presentations, 300+ delegates along with western C-Level key account meetings. Developed and researched an objective orientated multi channel social media strategy resulting in consistent global trending for relevant technology hashtags. Implemented and oversaw new website design, designed all western trade show graphics as well as the company brochures and keynote presentations.www.ingdan.com
