A 45 minute documentary on Britain’s changing retail environment after the 2008 global recession. With my colleague Michael Annor we interviewed and filmed a wide range of industry professionals including senior government officials, directors of two of the U.K.‘s largest shopping centre groups and executives from many online & offline retailers. The project required Cold Calling and Networking with CEO’s and Government officials to persuade them to appear on camera as well as acquire filming access and government approvals for information, road closures and more. Quantitative and qualitative research was undertaken including data modelling and analysis with the results detailed in a lengthy report available upon request.
